  Happy to be writing this review for Cheshire Heating & Air. Hugh, Allen and their team did an amazing job. If you like the cliff notes, the jump to the end of the review…A+, don’t hesitate to book them! As an avid review reader myself, please allow me to elaborate. I am a woodworker, and started the task of finishing my basement. The company was among the first few I called to discuss my needs. Owner Hugh was on time for our appointment, and spent over an hour with me discussing my renovation. We negotiated special circumstances such as vents for my wood shop, a future man cave storage areas. In the beginning of my journey, I was sold on the idea of a mini split unit. But after…a second site visit a few weeks later to yet again discuss my needs, Hugh presented us with a very fair scope of work. As we live in an HOA, we needed to get board approval to do the work. We needed to hire an electrician to install the drops. And I had some rearranging to do for the workers. Not once did I get a high pressure sales call. I didn’t feel put on the spot. And he did professionally follow up on two occasions to check in with us…as any good business owner should. After we completed the prep work and gained approvals, the crew showed up EXACTLY on time, and walked the job with me. We ensured we were all aligned. I was so happy with the crew that I bought their lunch. The job carried over to day two. Again on time, and professional. When the job was complete, we walked it again. The crew cleaned up after the selves. Nice touch! Not everyone does. So there you have it. A bit verbose? Sure. However, with a significant investment like this, it’s important to be comfortable with your tradesman. In case you missed it up top, I’m happy to give Cheshire Hearing & Air 5 stars, 5.0, 10/10, two thumbs up…whatever your scale, they crushed it! Thanks team!

  I don't usually take time to post reviews, but when you come across a great company, you naturally want to help others with similar problems or needs. Hugh and his team are not only good honest people, but they realize the value in providing exception service at a fair price. You can always trust them to do the right thing. Having used their services on numerous occasions, I highly recommend them to anyone needing help with their HVAC systems. Their employees are very knowledgable and always professional in how they deal with their customers.

  Our HVAC was down and Cheshire Heating and Air responded quickly. Jaime was on time, a pleasure to work with, found the problem right away and took care of it. Cheshire has maintained our system for three years. Very pleased!
