  I highly recommend Dillon Erwin to inspect your home. He’s intelligent, highly qualified, very thorough, and easy to work with. He is also meticulous, very detailed oriented and includes numerous, well-defined photos of each room of the house, down to the interior closets, kitchen cabinets and the entire outside of the house as well. These photos are all included separately in his final inspection report, which I found to be very handy. I bought a brand new house and he made an extra trip back to the house to go over a few items with me. I would look no further when identifying an honest, hard-working Home Inspector. He goes above the call of duty to assist the customer.

  Finding and working with Dillon was a blessing! From the very first call he was friendly and professional! Throughout our entire home buying experience, he remained responsive, informative, and reassuring. As out-of-town buyers, we had several logistical challenges...but Dillon remained reliable and helpful all the way up to closing. He went above and beyond with how well he communicated with our Realtor as well as agreeing to reinspect the items that were designated for repair. We found his inspection to be very thorough and his report was very well laid out with an abundance of photos. We highly recommend Dillon for your next home inspection!

  Buying a home is stressful. Buying a home while living in another state is even more stressful. However, Dillon really made us feel like he was on our team and inspected our property like he was the one buying. On top of that he is a wealth of knowledge and information. His professionalism and friendly attitude really put us at ease. I highly recommend Dillon to inspect your house. You wont be disappointed. P.S. This is an honest review; not compensated in any way. Although that cheeseburger he told me about at the filling station would be a nice gesture.
