  We needed help for our furnace quit working before the snow storm. They said that they were saving their days for EMERGENCIES. I'm on oxygen & have cancer. They have a 90dy guarantee for the part they "just fixed" stopped working. They made an appointment for us 3dys After our 90dys which Voided the 90dy guarantee, leaving us to pay Pay AGAIN for the Same part for the 2nd time. During the snow storm, our house ranged from 64° to 55° as we also had 4 dogs & my husband works swing shifts as a Sgt Rd Patrol. I will NEVER use their company again! We were Always a Loyal customer of their's but NOT any more! We of course, went to company who ended helping us, but we still had to wait for the part to come in. This was a BAD situation all the way around.

  Area Heating & Cooling installed my hvac system 4 years ago when my house was built. I have had to have them out 3 times, the first time less than a year after it was installed. The “warranty” only covers parts and no labor. They also charge a fee to use the warranty. My heat has went out again, this time I decided to use another company for repairs. I wouldn’t recommend this company.
