  Recently, Lorne came and did the inspection for the cooling system. Lorne was very professional and explained what he was doing and what he found. (Bad news for me, unfortunately.) Since my system is getting on in age, he said he would have an estimator contact me (who did). I have always found the technicians to all be helpful and very willingly to explain things to me. Sometimes the office isn't quite as organized as they could be -- I had to call this year to have them renew my service contract and they never did send me a copy. But on the whole, I have had good experience with them.

  We signed a year contract for services. They never shows up and today after our contracted expired the wanted to come and renew the contract ,mind you they did nothing fir ine year and i had to get aother company to come fix the leak they said wasn't there. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn't because they called and sent one post card. I never c Got the call and I never seen that post card.

  We had an all house generator installed. We never needed it until tonight. We get home from work and the whole town is dark. We get close to home and it never missed a beat. The installation went even better than anticipated.. Thanks for What you did for us.
