  Arctic Heating & Cooling is absolutely top notch! Jeff, the owner, came and looked at my broken down furnace shortly after I called him for a quote. Later that day he emailed me 4 different options based on budget, all of which were very reasonable. I had two other quotes, neither of which even remotely matched his. When it came time for my Wife and I to decide it was a no brainer. I spoke with Chris who helped me schedule the replacement for the next day and she was extremely nice and helpful. Jeff showed up on time with his team and performed a complete replacement of my heating system. My house is now back to normal temperature and, even better, the entire house is now the same temperature whereas the previous furnace had my upstairs like a sauna and the downstairs like an icebox. I highly recommend Jeff and his team at Arctic. Professional... punctual... perfect!!!

  As a former tradesman, I was impressed with the professionalism of the team that replaced my furnace and air conditioning system. Young hard working people. Very fair price, and installed NEXT DAY ...during a 90+ degree heat wave.

  We woke up to below freezing temps outside and our furnace struggling to stay at 63˚. I called Arctic at 9am and Tony, the technician, was at our door at 1pm. He diagnosed the problem as a clogged condensation trap and was quickly able to clear it. Many thanks also to Chris, who I spoke to twice. First, to schedule service. She called back two hours later to make sure our temp hadn't fallen below 62˚ and let me know the tech was on his way. We are extremely happy with their professional and caring service!
