      The folks at Arctic Breeze have been amazing. After purchasing the home a few years ago, of course both systems had to be replaced due to environmental issues (salt). We got a good deal, and the install and continuing maintenance have been stellar! Friendly and on-time appointments and staff make the whole experience just as I would expect it to be. I would have no problem recommending Arctic Breeze to my neighbors and friends.

      I had a scheduled appointment for a tune up on my ac unit before the hot summer months hit. Technician was an hour late to my residence. Technician was very rude and unprofessional towards me. He started touching and climbing onto my boat I have stored in my garage that has just been cleaned. I asked him to please get off my boat and focus on making sure the ac unit was working properly. I personally will never use this company again and I strongly encourage others to do the same. Unprofessional! Rude! Careless!

      Hi Kyle, thank you for your response. Per the conversation with your landlord, the air conditioning system is to be inspected twice a year and we had our technician come out and you were not home the first time we came out. On the second try, according to our GPS, our technician was approximately 8 minutes early. So, as he was beginning his work, you both had a conversation about the boat in question. According to your words with the landlord, he never entered the boat and our technicians are trained not to do so. After 30 minutes of our tech checking out the system, you kicked him off of your landlords property. The tech informed you that you need to check/change the filter on a monthly basis and apparently you were unhappy with what is needed of any tenant or homeowner to do. After this, you called and spoke to the office three times. On the first time, you cursed out the office person who answered your phone call, who was only trying to help you. On the second time, our office person (a different one) had to inform you that we would not be sending a technician out to your place again because of how rude you were acting towards representatives of our company. On the third call, you asked for your landlord to be on a three way and the office person agreed. The phone call was so toxic on your end that the landlord requested that we hang up the phone ASAP. We rarely have to do this Kyle, but we politely request that you do not call us again.
