Excellent service! They are always on top of things. Always friendly and efficient. We had a AC issue and called them the evening before and they came out the next day.

During my scheduled tune up on my system, technician Pete Ruiz, found a problem with the switch and replaced it.  He was extremely knowledgeable and professional.  Even showed me the old part and what was wrong with it.  I appreciate the excellent service and would recommend Advanced Air & Heat in Palm Coast to anyone looking for a customer focused company.

I would not call this service for anything again. In my case they charged an exorbitant price for the service I received. The technician arrived without proper equipment and had to drive from. Daytona back to palm coast to get what he needed. Spin arrival I had kitchen and bathroom plumbing apart and ready. He tried unsuccessfully to snake both drains with the snake going through the vent on the roof. He had no ladder and I had to provide that. I helped him get the electric snake onto the roof where I had told him was where the problem was to begin with. On his way down he said when the electric snake is used it’s automatically $350.00. Buyer beware of the electric snake. Be prepared to pay top dollar for mediocre service!!!!

I recently had the need to replace my water heater.  Paul went through all the different options for tankless water heaters and we decided on one that fit my needs.  The water heater was ordered and an installation date was set up.  Paul arranged the entire instal (with the electrician) and came prepared ON TIME and ready to do the install.  The install was done very professionally and works amazingly (as he assured me it would).  I would recommend anyone looking to replace a water heater contact Paul and discuss your options.  I can guarantee you will not be disappointed!
