I called on a Saturday and was able to be supported by a technician that was on call that weekend. He was very prompt and professional. Once he identified what the issues were that was causing my heat not to work, he snapped pictures and showed me the issues. He then worked to get the heat back working as best he could until the parts came in to properly fix the issues. The technician stayed in touch and kept me updated until the job was completely done. I was very please with the work and professionalism. It’s hard to find people that will show up when they say and do what they say they will do. I would recommend Arctic Heating and Air to anyone who is needing work done.

I contacted arctic air about our vent free heater. They checked the system and then installed our replacement unit. Josh did an outstanding job removing the old one and adapting our new one to fit. He made sure we knew how to start and set the new one. I would highly recommend them

On Tuesday at 6:30 pm, after a long day of work, I came home to a freezing cold house. I called around and received a glowing recommendation to call Artic Air. By 8:00 pm. Hunter from Artic Air had shown up, assessed my issues, and discussed in layman’s terms what was going on and what needed to be fixed. By Friday morning, not only had Hunter hustled to get my heat fixed before a pending snowstorm, he also took the time to research and call to see if my broken part was under warranty (which it was), saving me almost 2k out of pocket. I cannot speak highly enough as to how thankful I am to the company and Hunter. 15/10 recommendation.
