We had a fantastic experience recently with Crystal as we had routine maintenance done on our heating system. Crystal was so professional and extremely thorough. She went above and beyond and made sure we knew exactly what was done at the end of the process. She also advised on future services that we will definitely be looking into due to her recommendation! Thanks again Crystal we will definitely be calling back to have you come out again for our future needs!

I called Aramendia in the afternoon when I had an issue with my plumbing. They were able to send Carlos M. to me within an hour. Carlos and his assistant Dillon were very respectful of my property, extremely friendly, and most importantly they were efficient and knowledgeable about what was going on with our bathroom. They put my mind at ease and were able to assist with our issue quickly. I am a relatively new homeowner and this was my first time calling a plumber ever, let alone Aramendia, but after this experience I am a lifelong customer for sure. Thank you Carlos for your professionalism!

They installed a water heater in my house on 5-18-2014 (see pictures)Today 04/10/2021 my heater started leaking terribly and damage my floors. When I went to call about the warranty apparently is no longer valid because THEY no longer service the DFW area. What a joke! Don’t believe their warranty! They don’t stand behind their products. It’s easy to say: we no longer service that area so you’re out of luck! Terrible company! Doesn’t deserve a BBB badge.
