  I had Richard come out to my house to work on a leaking home house humidifier. He was extremely helpful and even taught me more about the system and how it worked. He brought to my attention to register the product as my builder had not done so and wrote down all the model #'s for me and showed me where to go to do it. This extended my warranty from 5 years to 10 years. Extremely grateful for his help.

  Apex did the install on my new construction home. They were easily one of the best subcontractors on the job-site. The quality of work done by Mark was up to my high standards. All ducts were taped and caulked where necessary. After three years, I had them send Mark out to do the basement finish work. Satisfied customer again.

  I never actually met these people. The previous owner of my house had Apex install a heating and air-conditioning system just before we moved in. I was doing just a little cleaning on it today I noticed that my sticker says it was installed 10 years ago almost to the day. Clearly they did a pretty good job because it’s held up, it’s installed correctly and I haven’t had any issues but two minor ones I fixed myself. I have no idea what they paid, I have no idea anything else. I’m just happy I don’t have to put a new furnace in even though it’s been 10 Years. The tech left his or her initials and it’s SLG & MF. So, whoever these two are, they clearly do good work.
