  Had a problem with condensation dripping from register's. Called one afternoon and technician (David) was there the next morning. Found ducts leaking cold air above the ceiling. Repaired leaking ductwork and all is fine now. Reasonable pricing and quick response. Will call again when needed.

  I’m very disappointed with the service this company is giving me. In May of this year I called them to come out and look at my A/C unit. They came out the next day. They told me it was the blower motor and needed to be replaced. So I had them replace it. Over $500 and 3 days later it wasn’t working again. They came out the next day and said it was a minor adjustment. Now 2 months later it’s not working again and doing the same exact thing. I called them this morning which just happens to be on a Sunday and the 4th of July. Unfortunately it stopped working the night before. They told me they can come out for a service charge of $80. I asked why they would charge me to look at it again especially because it’s doing the same thing and it had only been 2 months? He told me because it’s a weekend he had to charge me but if it was during the week it would be no charge. I have an 84 year old mother who lives with me and is on oxygen and the weather is pretty hot right now. I’m very disappointed that they would want to charge someone with the same problem especially since it’s only been 2 months. So now we have to wait till Tuesday to have someone come look at it because of the holiday weekend. Very poor service in my eyes!!!! Never will recommend this company to anyone.

  Antarctic air installed my unit. Five years later It stopped working. They sent a tech out and he said a capacitor was bad and unit was low on coolant and could not find a leak. He installed 3 pounds of coolant. sounded like a serious problem so I contacted the business owner. He came out with another tech and found a leak. My evaporator core needed replaced. When I bought my system it was a promotional sale and parts are guaranteed for 10 years reguardless if registered or not. I have proof of this information. after installing parts the owner said parts are not covered under warranty So they charged me the full price. I found out later that I still have a warranty till 11/13/21. I also wish to add that the owner acted unprofessional showing up at my residence being a wise guy commenting that I was using the coolant as an inhalant. Very unprofessional . I will never use this company again and will let everyone I know what kind of business they run.
