The technician's were on time and very professional. They cleaned my parents air ducts and we very respectful of my elderly parents and their home.

Air duct & dryer vent cleaning - We've used Anderson Steamatic for carpet cleaning for years, and have always been impressed with their work and service. I was able to get the carpet in my whole house cleaned within a day of making the appointment.  Tom and Derrick were friendly, courteous and professional.  They helped move a heavy table out of the way. They helped improve an old, water damaged area that we thought was as good as it could get.  They provided an estimate and education about air duct cleaning which was helpful.  They scothguarded some extra areas in our main family room without extra cost.  Thank you for a job well done and excellent service!

Tom and Derrick did a thorough job of steam cleaning carpets and stairs .  Once the carpet had dried some spots were still there, I called & immediately Tom responded and came back next day. They spot cleaned again & wallah no spots !!
They both were helpful and cheerful, very polite and had no attitude when they had to come back. Would recommend them highly & use them again! Thank you & keep up the good work!!
