  I called many times for weeks, everytime I was told they would give me a call back. Two weeks later I talked with the head guy. He came to our house saw the job. Told me he was going to give us an estimate. I waited and nothing. I called and he told me he was on it. NOTHING. This company could have easily told me they could not or busy and this would have never been written. I should have not had to wait that long for nothing. Very unprofessional.

  Hi Jason, We did come out and look at the job and an estimate was sent to you on 11/08/2021 at 7:07 am. If the email is wrong and you did not receive the proposal then my apologies but is was sent. It might be possible that it went to your junk mail. It did not kick the email back to us so we though you did not want to proceed with the work or found another company after not hearing from you.

  We had a ductless system installed recently. Customer Service is great, quick, and responsive. Our sales rep Anthony went above and beyond for us (thank you again!) Technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. They offer excellent products and services. American Heating and cooling were referred to us by a friend and we continue to refer them to our friends and family.

  I was extremely impressed with American Heating & Cooling. The technician was extremely thorough, efficient and friendly while respecting my home and COVID-19 protocols. Beyond repair and maintenance needs, they were well versed on newer technologies that will reduce energy usage, be more environmentally friendly and possibly even improve aesthetics. If you're looking to upgrade or replace your heating or cooling units (or considering geothermal), their knowledge and expertise will greatly aid you in making a well informed decision for your home and your wallet.
