  We have used this company several times now and their courteous and timely follow up is impressive. Walter has always been attentive and responsive to repacking our furnace and AC units. The team works carefully in your home and we have had no issue as to the two units installed. I would recommend Alpine to any potential clients.

  Alpine replace my heater for my home. They were very professional and considerate. They came in a timely fashion and put down drop clothes to keep the floors clean. The technicians explained how they had to modify the system and how more efficient the new Trane unit will be. I could not be more satisfied with the work. I would recommend them to anyone. Price was fair and great service.

  Alpine replaced our furnace system. I feel that this company is compassionate and thrive for customer satisfaction. When our furnace was failing and waiting I was worried we will be left without heat in the winter and we have small children, but was reassured that they have emergency heating board to provide if that does happen. We soon decided on a new furnace, during the process Walter gave us lots of information and suggestions as to which one to choose, and took the time to discuss thoroughly with us. On the day of furnace replacement, they laid down floor protection, worked efficiently, communicated well and answered our inquiries. I also got to know that one of the technician, not only is knowledgeable in his HVAC profession, but also is a fire fighter. I have lots of respect to people in the public service and that just adds to my favor of Alpine the company.
