I wish I can give 0 stars. I just moved into my house in September of 2021. Since then I have experienced horrible service with this company. They fail to communicate and they don’t monitor the tanks. Apparently there was an issue with my tank (I have 2) and my house was put on hold and I was never notified. It’s the middle of the winter I’ve been in the freezing cold twice and have not received much help. It wasn’t until 2 months being in winter where I heard back about the reason for my house being on hold. When the staff comes to my house they are unprofessional it’s truly baffling. I’ve worked in customer service for a corporate company for over 10 years and have never experienced the service this company provides. Now once again in the middle of the winter and it’s 40 degrees in my house. I was advised I can’t fill my tanks to capacity however I can fill it to at least 150 gallons. No monitoring as promoted in their policy. I think spoke with someone on the phone and they advised they can’t monitor the oil if one of the tank are not in the best condition. However the policy and terms of condition does not state this. I really dislike this company and would never recommend to family or friend. It’s truly a scam for your money

Simple phone call to their office to ask about heating oil price and wait on hold forever only to speak to someone from out of state and be told they cannot give you a price. They have to transfer to their oil sales department and then that person wants your life's history before giving you a price.. If it can't be as simple as "what is your price for heating oil in (fill in the blank for where you live)?" And they respond with a price, then I do not need to buy from them. Keep your heating oil, Region Oil. Too many other companies to choose from. 20 minutes of my life that I will never get back for nothing.

This company is a bunch if crooks. Had a monthly plan with them and their drivers apparently delivered oil to my house but when I came home my tank was still empty so I disputed it and now they are trying to collect the money for the oil that was never delivered. CONSUMER BEWARE!!!
