I chose Alpha and Omega as a second choice over another local company to service my fault home AC, and I'm glad my first choice couldn't come out right away. Rodney was very impressive. His initial diagnostic fee was a bit more than others but, unlike other places, if he proceeds with the work the fee covers part of the labor charge. When I called I was a bit confused as the phone was answered as if I was calling a random cellphone. Despite the confusion I was able to confirm Rodney was from Alpha and Omega. He was able to get me in same day at 1:00 in the afternoon, and he arrived at 1 on the dot. He arrived prepared to tackle the issue. My AC was blowing fuses whenever the unit kicked on, and would throw an error code 13 and 33. Google suggested it was most likely an airflow problem so I did what I could to clean all the dust out from the unit, no luck. Rodney actively listened to my observations and went right to work. After about two hours he was able to identify two problems - the reason why my fuse kept blowing, and why my transformer was blown. Although it was unexpected that the contact would cause the transformer to go out (one of his burned out during troubleshooting), he was able to confirm with certainty that was the problem by installing the new parts and testing. I didn't mind he already completed the work before telling me the cost, as it was something that had to be done anyways. I would recommend Rodney and Alpha and Omega Heating and Cooling to anyone who has AC problems. I most appreciated his expertise, honesty, and willingness to share his knowledge and explain the resolution. I thought the price was a little more than expected, but I honestly had no reference point on what the average cost would have been for the work that was done. For things like HVAC, you're paying for someone's knowledge and experience, and Rodney's service was well worth the bill.

LONG STORY BUT A MUST READ!!! Every year 104.7 FM The Fish grants wishes to people that are referred to them via their Fish Wish List promotions. My Solenoid valve got busted from constantly tapping it with a screwdriver handle (don't as just the mere mention of it is humiliating enough). Consequently I had to use my oven and the one available space heater to warm the house. So last year my baby sister Ashley sumbitted my name from sheer terror that I would blow myself up in the process and me being on a fixed income just could never afford to get it fixed. Of course because of Covid the wished were submitted but not granted. Now here is the part that really make you believe in miracles. My baby sister was rushed to the hospital on 12/13/21 only to be told that her kidneys failed and consequently her organs had a cascading effect and within 24 hours I was looking at my baby sister coding.- she died. On the day she died I believe.a year after submitting my Wishlist Mr. Rodney of ALPHA & OMEGA called her number and we answered. He said he wanted to grant Ashley's Christmas Wish list and we shouldn't worry about the cost. Mr. Rodney showed up as promised that Saturday 12/18/21 inspected the unit, called in to his supplier for the part (pricey too) and spend the rest of the day dismantling, removing, and replacing the part. I can assure you that was no easy task.He was polite, diligent, persistent, long suffering but most of all GRACEFUL. I want to shout it from the mountain tops God is Good, Thank you For Alpha & Omega. They made my Christmas very warm and comfortable. Having to deal with the loss of my Beloved Ashley was and still is hard enough without having to deal with a broken HVAC furnace. THANKS Again Sir Rod. I'm sure you have earned a jewel in your Angelic crown. May you have many successes in your Company's ventures. Thanks to the Fish Atlanta for their thoughtfulness in having an annual Wishlist, and of course THANK YOU my Beloved baby sister Ashley Melissa Grant-Brown October '89 - December 2021. gone too soon. Thanks for reading patiently. It wouldn't do this review any justice of I told it any other way 😢. Sincerely and Respectfully, Glen Anthony Henry
