  They were efficient. I wasn’t over sold. The system is working great. This was a full central heat install. Service was great and the price was right. There wasn’t a lot of communication through the process (it was all done while we were out of the area) but we showed up to a new system and a warm cabin. Thanks again.

  After reading reviews I see 8 years ago good, but lately terrible. I agree. Twice now I've been told " do to emergency we have to reschedule", bull. I was told a customer had to wait all weekend in cold. If that's true I'd feel bad , but I don't believe them. I have a Monday morning appointment and they call me 15 minutes into my scheduled time. They should have called me the minute they knew they had an "EMERGENCY". So much for shopping locally.

  Almanor Energy Plus.......pretty flaky in regard to maintaining and keeping appointments. They eventually fix the problem but be prepared to wait for their actual house call...... Would prefer an organization w/a more professional office attitude and follow-through...I'd guess this would be the owner's area...???
