  The sales person NATHAN BAILEY is just as dishonest as the owner. It took almost one month to install unit because the two men were sub-contract individuals. They usually came to my house very late in the day after they finished their regular job. The owner always has an excuse that he was out of town and could not return calls. I called him several times to report about the unit not functioning after I already had pad $5000.00. The repair cost me $1500.00 Nathan Bailey never called me back. left several messages. PLEASE THINK BEFORE YOU USE THEM. Ultimately, I had EMPIRE HEATHING AND AIR come to the house and make all repair work including sheet metal. YOU can use my name.
