  Was having an issue with our furnace. Called in the morning (on the 1st coldest day of 2022). Gentlemen who answered the phone was so nice! I explained my situation, and although he had a full day of work, said he'd swing by when they were done. He called and said he was here. Checked out the furnace, fixed the issue within 15 minutes and told me what we needed to do. Will be scheduling for a cleaning! When it came to payment, he said for what? Said I'll catch ya next time! What? In this day & age - Who does that? This man will have my future business! Can't thank him enough!

  Tom installed a new HVAC system; the old system was original to the house and beyond salvation. Tom guided me in the selection, explaining why some of the features I asked about really weren't worth the money I'd be spending, so I appreciated his concern for value. The new system is quiet and provides much more even temperatures throughout the house than the old one did. Very pleased with the work.

  Tom is a true professional. He came out diagnosed and replaced my A.C. unit. He and his team were curtious and respectful. Don't call the other guys! Call All-Tech you will be happy you did!
