  I initially called this business to have our heater repaired. They were very quick to come out and give us an estimate, which we thought was fair. However, because our unit was 20 years old, we asked them to replace the whole thing which they did very quickly and at a good price. (No one tried to pressure us to do this, we just thought it was past time to upgrade.) From the first repairman who came out to the team who installed the new unit, I was highly impressed with the professionalism each employee demonstrated. Everyone was courteous, answered every question thoroughly, and was respectful of me and my home. They seemed to genuinely enjoy their work and there was zero pressure at any time. When the owner followed up a week after installation to check that everything was working well and to take payment, I understood why he had such great employees because they were a reflection of who he was. In a time when you are not really sure who you can trust to take your money and give you a good product and service in return, it is such a relief to find a competent company with integrity. If you are looking to repair/replace your heater or AC, I would highly recommend this one!

  Very professional and really care about the customer. I originally contacted them about duct cleaning because I was preparing to replace a 20 year old system with another company. Trenton asked in detail about my project, what system the other company was putting in, etc. He spent about 3 hours on the phone with me letting me pick his brain and him sharing his years of experience to help provide information about what I would really need based on what I was hoping to accomplish. He did this without any hesitation to help me to know and understand all the ins and outs. This was all before I made the decision of hiring them to do any work. He also informed me about some trouble with the system I was considering putting in which I was unaware of. I consulted my dad who previously had his AC and Heating license about all that I was told and he agreed with everything Trenton shared with me. I decided to get a quote from All Star for the new system. I was pleased with the value and estimate provided by such a professional company and moved forward having my new system put in this last Friday. Very nice people and did a great job! I always felt highly respected during this whole process. Thank you Trenton and All Star!

  Received a response from my inquiry within the hour. Very professional and easy to work with. Came out the following morning within the first hour of the scheduled time. Price was not bad for service and parts. Customer service was top notch. Will definitely be using them in the future. Did a followup call the next day to make sure I understood the service and what repairs need to be done.
