  We are sorry Mrs. Sue Fitzgerald that you were not happy about the Ruud install we did for you. We did come out multiple times and finally with the Ruud representative to address your problems you were having and we did not find anything wrong with the equipment. You were offered a full refund from Ruud manufacturing that you refused. We thank you for your review but as mentioned you were given the opportunity for a full refund. Thank you. Ron Johnson.

  Best company to buy and service your unit. Ron, the owner, will fix and repair until he can not anymore. Definitely will make your money stretch. Gets things fixed and done in a timely manner. Highly recommend by his customers. Will be using him for as long as I have a unit.

  None , we purchase for years but the last one was a lemon and now we are stuck with it , do not buy from him or Rheem. We had problems since day one and now he will not even service the one year warranty we paid for, sucks.
