  The technicians were very polite, knowledgeable and prompt and reasonable. Pollock Htg & Cooling is the only place I will use.

  Sent an idiot to my dads house. Told us we needed a new unit, and we got a second opinion, and all we had was a burnt wire. Don't use these guys.

  We are not familiar with this situation as we didnt perform any work for this person. Having been in business since 1967 we strive to make every customer happy. We would have addressed any issue if made aware of it.
