Satisfied with everything! From the communication to set up an appointment, timely arrival (with a courtesy call when they were 30 minutes away) and while they were in the home. Respectful and clean. The team of Zac and Juan were great - very accommodating as we moved our dog from room to room when they were done and of our baby. Reviewed everything at the end with what they found as well. Thank you so much!

They did a great job cleaning our heating ducts (they show before and after pictures.) They were also quick (source and return ducts w/20+ vents took 2.5 hours) which was good since it was 20 degrees outside. Would use them again and would recommend to others.

The employees were awesome!  They were very patient and cleaned up everything before they left my home.  I recommend this company the price was awesome and the quality of the work was the best

All pro air duct cleaning guys are awesome , a slight issue first time around but corrected it and couldnt be happier these guys are extremly profesional and pay attention to detail. Very thorough cleaning and make sure you are satisfied when they are done. Highly recommend

I hired All Pro to come and clean out our vents + dryer vent. We also had birds in our vents and my house smelled terrible. I received a recommendation from neighbors that had used this company previously for the same issues. All pro emailed stating that the technician that would be coming to our house had a list of certifications and was an experienced 9 year employee. On the day of service I was told they would arrive between 11-1. I received a call around 12:30 that they would not be to my house until after 1 as they had another job to remove birds from one of my neighbors. They arrived at 1:45. I told them about the birds and the smell and asked that they make sure everything was removed. After all the inside vents were done the technician came to tell me that there was nothing in my vent because he, “didn’t hear any chirping and reached my arm in and didn’t feel anything”. I said, these birds are dead and my husband also reached his arm in and couldn’t reach them which is why we hired a company to clean in the places WE CAN’T REACH.
He then tells me that he cannot remove them and that it is not his job to do so. He told me to call pest control as he won’t remove the birds. I said but you were late coming to my house because you were removing birds from my neighbors vent, the recommendation from another neighbor came after you removed their birds, and your job is to clean out what's inside the vents. He stated the only way he could remove the birds was to tear down our walls and replace our ducts. I asked him if he had some type of scope that would allow him to see inside and know where they were going so they could remove them. He told me that they don’t use scopes.  Apparently, they just go in blind and cross their fingers they cleaned ducts good enough for their customers. While the technicians were here I received a call from the office. She told me that they do use scopes (which I knew after confirming with my neighbor that had used this company). The lady told me that she would call the field manager to find out why they did not have one on their truck. He lied right to my face about not having or using a scope. On the invoice it states that I should’ve gotten a “live inspection” before and after service which I never did. When I asked him about this he said “I have been taking pictures” with his cell phone just as deep his arms could reach.After the technicians spoke to someone at the office that told him over the phone how to remove the birds he got to work. About 15 minutes later he said he was done. They left the dead bird in our grass for my husband to clean up. I said I would pay when they sent someone out here with the proper tools to show me that the job was done.The next day I get a call from the manager telling me that he will send someone out with a scope to check and make sure everything was removed. He also told me that my technicians had only been there for a month and needed more training. So the whole “certified and been there for 9 years” email was just another lie. He also said that when they came out this time they would show me the inspection and clean the surface to help with the smell. I believe he said it was some type of solution with dawn dish soap just to clean it better. The technician showed up and did his thing. Came back and said “its good. Nothing is in there” I asked if I got to see and he said no. I then asked if they cleaned it with the solution and he said that they don’t do that and told me he wiped it with his dry rag. I guess I was just expected to take their word for it after being lied to.
After the first job my house was left TRASHED. All the upstairs vents were still covered in tape, the window well cover was left thrown in my backyard and huge, pieces of metal were left in basement next to my children’s toys. All in all, do yourself a favor and hire a company that has properly trained employees, brings the proper equipment to their calls and does what they say they are going to do and doesn’t lie to their customers. It’s been a couple weeks now and the smell lingers.
