  We had Mike put our unit in 3 years ago. Our furnace would not stay running and so I called him and never got a call back! So we had to find someone else and they called me right back and fixed the problem! I would think if someone was out of state and couldn't be reached that they would put that on there message on there phone! Also when the temperature is around freezing out and there heat isn't working that they would have an excuse to be a little impatient.

  Well considering I was out of state when she called and had no cell phone signal it's pretty petty to give someone a badd rating and when they don't even know why I didn't return their call and i did return there call within an hour of getting there message and they didnt answer. I cant control what cell phones do so sorry for the inconvenience to the customer but it was out of my control. And just a little side note, i was in kansas, 5 hrs away, replacing a ststem for free for someone that couldnt afford a system. Try to do something good for someone and return home just to find out im getting bad reviews from someone who is impatient and i didnt even know called me until the next day.

  He came and inspected our unit and found major problems with carbon monoxide. He got a new unit put in quickly and professionally! I would recommend anytime.
