  We live at Lake of the Ozarks, in the past 48 hours we have received about 6 inches of snow and the temp is close to zero, We got up this morning and had no heat, We have been using Comfort Zone Heating and Cooling for several years now and called them to come out and check our Heating, we were told that they did not have any four wheel Drive work Trucks and would not be able to help us for at least a day or two, plus we have a maintenance agreement with them. Needless to say, we were not happy. We called American Heating and Cooling and they came out within about an hour and was very nice and got our heating working, I would tell everyone that they are the best and very nice. If you have a problem, call them.

  Tom was very knowledgeable about the different products & thought outside the box to customize to our unique needs. He did not pressure me to pick the most expensive unit. He provided helpful guidance and we feel very confident that we got the best system for our home at a fair & reasonable price. After installation was complete, Tom called personally to check to see if the system was working to our satisfaction and offered to come if needed for any tweaks. He cares about our comfort & satisfaction.

  Great service once again from Tom at American Heating and Cooling. I did a complete HVAC replacement here at my lake house and am very pleased with the results. High efficiency equipment will save me a ton of money in energy costs. Tom is a real pro and his communication was excellent throughout the process. It's great to have someone you can trust to do the job right!
