We called ADAC after having problems with the unit we had when we bought the house, they came out several times to try and fix the problem and Paul, the owner explained the unit we had was too small for the size of the house and gave us all the information we needed. After making the decision, Javier and Pedro arrived on time and proceeded to work, they are both very professional and knowledgeable and did an excellent job. THANKS. DO NOT HESITATE TO USE THEIR SERVICES, this company is over 40 years old and have good employees and a great owner. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

All Dade AC replaced my inside and outside units back in 2013. The tecs. got the job done in one day. Altogether it took about seven hours. They also installed a new metal frame for the air handler unit. Well I kept a couple of their business cards all these years and as luck would have it a neighbor needed to have her a/c repaired. So I referred her to All Dade AC . I was very pleased with their work and I actually went to their office the day my a/c broke and met Paul the owner. He had a tech come out same day . I remember the unit was leaking Freon ( unit was 18 years old ) but the tech went ahead and put more Freon in to try and keep us cool until unit could be replaced. We had our unit installed two days after initial meeting with Paul and I never had any issues . So to everybody out their I personally would recommend this company.

I called All Dade Air Conditioning & Heating on April 4 to find out why my unit was freezing. The technician wasn't sure, so he took a picture of a part of the unit and sent it to the owner. He told me that the office would call back to let me know what the problem was. A few hours later, Pricilla called to tell me that the unit needed to be replaced. I called another company to diagnose the problem, and it turned out that my air conditioner only needed Freon. In fact, the technician told me that it could only be one of two things: a dirty filter or a lack of Freon. I spoke with All Dade the next day and requested my money back. After all, I didn't pay them to come and visit me. I expected to get the correct diagnosis. Needless to say, after leaving two messages, I never got a call back. The response they sent to my credit card company (I disputed the charge) to justify the charge was that they classify the $78.00 charge for traveling to my home. Clearly they don't care about correctly diagnosing the problem with the unit. I wish I had read the review by Ana Q for Y*lp. It says a lot about Paul, the owner. They had to call him several times for him to make good on a warranty. Then he goes to their home, cops an attitude with the customers and leaves. Take a look at his response on this page. He couldn't wait to find an excuse not to do the work. Obviously when you ignore a customer's phone calls and let them swelter for three days, they aren't exactly going to greet you with open arms. The job of an owner is to diffuse the situation and make things right. What kind of fool would risk negative reviews? This is a tiny, little insignificant office in the Miami Dade area. Fortunately, we have several businesses to select from. My recommendation is that you NEVER use this company.
