  Todd is probably the most experienced inspector in the entire PNW.. This man is awesome. You will definitely get the most detailed inspection you could possibly imagine. He does not cut corners on any part or areas of the home. Professional, thorough, and just a really great person to work with… Todd was recommended to me by my realtor/friend and I can’t express how impressed I was with him and his knowledge of every construction trade you can think of. He is a legit journeyman in just about ever construction trade and he is definitely my go to inspector for this home buying experience and any future one as well. Todd I want to thank you again for such an amazing experience.

  Todd Lundin was awesome! He is very thorough, detailed, and straight forward. Todd will not cut corners, and he will not beat around the bush when it comes to his findings, and he will educate you throughout the process. He is very straight forward and professional and I would recommend him to anyone who is searching for an inspector.
