  Worth it!!! So worth it! We had called multiple people to replace our septic, didn’t get a call back from Pace at all, and blue ridge called back over a week after (you only get a month to replace the septic once you get your permit, so time is very important). Not only did we get in contact with them immediately, Tim came out right away, gave us an estimate on the spot and was the nicest most professional person! They got our septic done, inspected, and finalized with the county in 3 days. He re-seeded our lawn and installed man hole covers since our old system was very hard to locate and access. Our property is for sale and he even helped the realtor and people touring our home to get into the house when they arrived while he was working and we were out of town. Talk about amazing! We couldn’t be more happy with the service, communication, price transparency, trustworthiness, and total professionalism of everyone (but especially Tim). Highly recommend this company- and asking for Tim!

  I discovered I had a pipe that burst due to cold weather at 10:00pm on a Sunday night. I called and got connected to the on-call technician who was Brad and with my main water shut off I was good for the night. He came out the next day at 9am to look things over and I got an estimate. Totally doable. Within three hours with the work of him and Josh they got it fixed. Great communication, honest, responsive, and professional. I will certainly be using this company again. THANK YOU!!!!

  Andrew was just great. Fixed our leaking tub in less than an hour. He was on time, very professional. What a great representative for this company. When I booked on-line from FL, I got immediate and timely confirmation of an appointment for the dates requested. Customer service is just top notch! Highly recommend this business.
