  Great from beginning to end! My heat pump went out overnight. I called around 9 to see if they could help, 3 hours later, it was fixed! Pam in the front office is super nice. Nick came out to fix the “sequencer” and it was done. Great experience and would recommend to anyone.

  We got back to a cold office after a holiday weekend. We called around Buncombe Co. and found a 3 to 4 week wait for "new" customers. Duke Energy's Find It referral recommended Mountain Air. Nick arrived within 4 hours and had the heat back on within an hour. Thank you Nick, Mountain Air, and Duke!

  They won our business late winter on a service call for heater, prior vendor had left us without heat 4 days, called them, new call-in customer and we received same day repair and lower cost too. This summer undersized A/C unit is leaking and been under-performing since house purchase., Ron came performed load survey and determined we needed 40% more cooling ability. The new unit has saved us $220 dollars the last 3 months and Duke has us below average usage graph, where were were way above for years, I love my house again in the summer and enjoy the quiet of the new unit. We're already making plans to upgrade upstairs, looking forward to the efficient heater this winter
