  Pro's: Repairman arrived quickly after my call and done a great job of tracking down the problem. He even gave me a step by step description of what he was doing and eventually what had to be done. Con's: after repair he told me he would mail the bill to me and then said he wasn't charging for labor since it wasn't serious, only a service call and for freon he replaced. Only problem I have was the bill which was quite high and included labor charge anyway. Repair was top notch despite high charge's.

  Awesome customer service!!!! I highly recommend using him , he is a great guy!!! He doesn't try to sell you things you don't need, very honest guy. Excellent service!!!! 5 stars from me!!!!!
