  They always respond quickly and are very friendly and professional. I always feel like they go the extra mile. Hal did everything he could to keep my 20-year old unit limping along till it finally gave out. Now I have a new unit so don't need the service calls that I used to. Thank you Powell's.

  Rude woman on the receiving line of the call. Instant turn off. She then proceeded to interrupt me multiple times. This was on top of the fact that there was feedback on the line and probably 5-10 men being loud in the background. Learn some professionalism.
