What an amazing company. Extremely professional and fast service. After waiting for over a month on another company to repair my air conditioner, I gave up and contacted Albritton. They had my unit fixed more quickly than it took this other company to make their initial visit. Kathy, Carlton, and Justin were all great! You will not go wrong by choosing this company for service.

From start to finish our experience with this company was fantastic. We were in sorry shape with a defunct air conditioner on a very hot day. The representative on the phone was awesome. She got us set up for service the same day we called. They came out quickly. Carlton was a gentleman and had the problem diagnosed and fixed inside of a half hour with a smile. I highly recommend this company. So grateful for the fast service. We melt no more! :)

Absolutely stellar customer service. Our HVAC went out late on a Thursday evening. I left a message at 9.30pm hoping for a call out the next day but had an immediate returned phone call call and a subsequent call from Carlton to help try and diagnose the problem/ look for an easy fix over the phone. A repair was eventually required and scheduled for the next day. Justin came out/ diagnosed and got the system up and running. I used these guys for a home inspection and subsequent service last year and have been impressed with their work/ reliability/ knowledge and availability every time I have used them. Thank you.
