  TRUCK DRIVER REVIEW: Really nice people to deal with. Owner was a nice guy on the phone about the area and parking on his lot. The guy who unloaded me in the morning was great too. Drivers, enter the driveway on the east side of building. Swing wide, there's a telephone pole at the street. Dock is the second big door on right (the one without steps) and big gravel spot to straighten up. Start unloading around 7am and they've got good coffee. All good here.

  So pleased with Albany Air and those I worked with, especially Bo, Jay and Josh. From planning to finished installation they were in regular communication on site, by phone, text and email. I knew the exact costs from the beginning. The Carrier mini-split systems look good inside and out and work great. In addition they handled financing and even submitted to GA Power for rebates on the conversion. Highly recommend this company.

  We've been loyal to this company for many years and in return they've always been 5 stars when it comes to responding to our needs. Hector normally services our two units. We couldn't ask for anyone more knowledgeable and professional. However, my wife and I do have some disappointment with the sales department. A little over a year ago we had to replace our 3 ton infinity unit. We learned that Carrier no longer made the infinity "single" unite. I clearly stated I wanted a unit equal to or better than what was being replaced. We haven't been happy with the replacement and on 29 Apr 2019 we were informed that the current unit could not perform like the infinity nor provide the same comfort as the infinity as it was not equal to the infinity. Quick to respond, the salesman that sold us the unit called me on 29 Apr 2019 and said he would be calling to schedule a visit for him and a service rep to come look at the unit, under the house etc. with the intent to see what could be done to satisfy us. As of today, 13 May 2019, I haven't heard from him so I called and left voice mail. I have confidence that company management will take the appropriate action to ensure our continued satisfaction and is, therefore, worthy of a 5 star rating.
