  Customer service was very polite and responsive. Asked questions regarding the issue I was having, and answered any concerns I had. The technician arrived ahead of schedule, and was very knowledgeable. Addressed all concerns, and even answered any questions I had. Also informed me of how to fix the issue if it were to arise again in the future. Very pleased about the service today. Would definitely recommend. Upfront about their prices, and willingness to help is amazing. The Technician’s name was Kenny, very great and honest experience.

  Alaskan Air installed our system and we have experienced very prompt service from this company. My technician was excellent! He did a thorough inspection of our system. I have had problems in trying to adjust temperatures and he guided me through making comfort changes to our system. He answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable. Many thanks!!

  I was very impressed with the service provided by my technician and how knowledgeable he was about the workings of my system both inside and out. He provided pictures of my unit located on the roof and explained what needed repairs and or replacement. I think he provided a fair price for the work performed and feel confident I will not need to worry about staying cool this summer.
