  I called Aladdin's when the furnace quit working on a extremely cold day at my rental. Jeff answered the phone and was able to make a service call within an hour. He made the necessary repair quicky. Jeff has been my go to for many years. He is dependable ...I would highly recommend him. Thank you Jeff!!

  I called aladdin to come install a liner and new furnace into our house. We are first time home buyers and I'm sure it was clear I did not know what I was talking about. The liner that was installed for our chimney all seems to be fine, and I am satisfied with the prevention of air/steam seepage that was coming out on the second floor near the chimney. The reason my review is so low is the furnace installation. Without consulting with me, Aladdin installed a larger furnace than what was there before. They also left massive air leaks in the duct work that led up from the furnace output. Our gas usage (not the bill, the actual usage) went up. I was shocked as we went from an 80's 80% or less furnace to a brand new Trane 95%, so there's absolutely no reason for gas usage to go up. I've called in three other companies to examine the work and every time they have agreed the furnace is too large. So large that in order to get our air conditioning working right, they need to install new ductwork and a new furnace. We are out thousands and I am beside myself for letting them work on our house. I called Aladdin to come look at exchanging it, they said they would and did not show up. Which is typical, since start to finish from bid to installation there were three no call no shows.

  Great service, great value. They were quick to come and fix the air conditioning on my rental. Maybe could have done a little better job communicating, but they got the job done and that's what really counts.
