  AC stopped cooling on Tuesday afternoon while we were gone. Called Al's on Wednesday morning and they were here on Wednesday afternoon. Ours in an old (30+ years) system and it had been at least six years since anything has been done to it. They determined it needed freon which is no long used so it is very expensive. They charged the system and it is working fine now. Told us that we should have it checked again before cooling season next year and see if any had leaked out. If that happens they advised that it will have to be replaced because of the high cost of the refrigerant.

  Was not happy with the service that was provided at my father-in-laws house today.. They came out and charged him way to much for a service call that didn't even fix the problem.. I hope they see this review cause they need to learn to do a better job. Now he is going to have to call someone else that actually knows what they are doing so he can have cold air.

  I am sorry that you feel that way but I have no way to fix a 30 year old plus Air Conditioner that has been Hailed beyond repair and that has been pressure washed flattening the fins on the condenser the unit needs replaced like I told your father-in-law To fix it
