  Airtron installed an air scrubber on our HVAC equipment 2 years ago. The UV light in the air scrubber continued to burn out in a short period of time. Airtron honored the air scrubber warranty and replaced the unit with no charge. The HVAC specialist was on time for the job, had the job completed in a short time. All is working well. We are pleased with how this warranty request was handled.

  I contacted Airtron because they installed my system but was then told they couldn’t come out because I was not a plan member. Carina was very informative and extremely patient. After a 30 minute call and 15 questions later, she signed me up and made the process smooth. If I have any questions or concerns I will most definitely be asking for Karina again.

  Repaired Duct, Levelled A/C Unit, Reviewed heat output in colder rooms Mr. Kendrick was just super to work with. He was most punctual and professional. Great job Kendrick. Give him credit for encouraging me to buy a maintenance service contract, which I did the very same day. Thanks.
