  Airrich installed a new HVAC system for us. On the day of installation they found out that the system they brought was not a comparable unit to the one we had. They went and picked up the comparable unit and installed it without charging us extra. The next day there was a potential issue that seemed to be directly related to the new unit. Richard spent an hour the next morning doing a complete investigation to make sure there was no issue with the equipment. We're very happy with the work they did, and they did not request a review at all.

  Called for an issue with my heat pump. They had a pair of technicians out, issue diagnosed, and cold air blowing out of my vents less than 90 minutes later. Third issue I've had, third issue they've quickly resolved.
