Would like to update my past review. After fighting with the warranty company these guys FINALLY got them to fix our issues. They showed up super quick and replaced all of our gross old duct work and got us back up and running and running way better than before. The entire team of guys were super nice, super quick and made sure everything was running perfectly. They also cleaned up the mess! They truly did turn our opinion of them around. Unfortunately dealing with warranty companies usually leaves these guys looking like the “bad guys”. Super thankfully they got out here and got it fixed as fast as they did.

This company was knowledgeable and did the job with no issues. I would highly recommend them. I got to them through my home warranty company and I would definitely call them again outside my warranty. The technician was professional and friendly. He knew exactly what to do, and was always on time.

Warranty company sends these guys out and then they “find” hidden charges conveniently not covered by the warranty company. They won’t even do the required work until you agree to paying the additional fees/charges. I ended up canceling the service. I called my local company who is reputable and low and behold they say the “required” services Tier 1 says needs to be done are not required. This is just another way to make a profit by getting their warranty work paid. If a company has to nickel and dime me out of getting something minor fixed it’s not worth it. Very dishonest I wouldn’t trust them to install anything in my home.
Response from the owner
We are very sorry to hear you are not happy with our company! As a contractor I am responsible for your families safety with Carbon Monoxide dangers. This is a potentially fatal gas that has no odor and when we make a repair on a furnace we should absolutely be checking for this. The issue is the warranty company did not cover it. I assure you we are very honest and only do things the right way.
