In August, I was told my pipes was so clogged up that they needed to replace all the pipes. Sept, system still wasn't working. Someone came back out and did repair. I woke up this morning to this on my ceiling. Went to the attach and one of the pipes that they replaced was not attached properly. Contacted them and they said since its past the 30 days I have to pay $85.00. Also said, that they didn't replace the pipes. They just blew the guck out of it. This cost over $400. They was not apologetic or helpful and made it seem that I was the cause of the leak. Called another HVAC company and they told me that Air Zone never put the pipe fitting glue and this is why the pipe was not attached.

Awesome ! Called for repair - they set me up same day for the guy to come appraise the problem. With in 24 hours they had the replacement part and could send a guy out within one day to fix the AC. Both guys that came out showed up early and were super nice. Fixed it fast. I have not had great experiences with many other AC guys. These guys were great.

Sent out by my home warranty when I placed a service request after my regular AC company detected a small leak in the evaporator coil during my 6 month maintenance and recommended replacing it. Tech refused to perform their own leak check or even look at the coil “because my Freon levels were only slightly low and the system is still functioning.” And “the warranty company won’t pay for preventive repairs.” Tech then added Freon and overcharged the unit under pressure causing my system to to stop working completely a week later when we had a cold snap and the heat kicked on. Called my regular AC company,. They figured out what had happened, drained it and replaced my leaking coil. And I paid for it all out of pocket ($2100) rather than trying to deal with this company or the home warranty company again. It was only 5 yr old unit! Not renewing my home warranty after this horrific experience. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
