Burgess Heating & Air installed our new AC unit today. We greatly appreciated how timely everything was since our AC unit went out last Tuesday (we've had some cooler days so it's been ok). We really like John our sales rep and the price was exactly what we were expecting (we did get a second quote that was $2K more from a company that Costco uses). Chuck and Kevin did the install and were here first thing this morning. They worked very hard without breaks. We're extremely happy. Thank you so much!

I am so upset and disappointed with this company. Burgess heating and air, we're very nice when they were hired for the job to replace my entire system. They replaced my air handler and condenser on September 22nd 2020. On August 13th 2021, I called them to let them know that my air conditioner needed a repair. It is leaking water from the air handler in the Attic onto the ceiling in the family room and made my ceiling cave in. I called burgers to repair it. They came out. They charged me $99 for a service charge, which they should have not charged because my air conditioner is still under a one-year parts and labor warranty. They told me that the pan inside the air handler is cracked and that's why it's leaking water on the ceiling. When I ask them to repair it under the one-year parts and labor warranty that comes with a new installation. They told me they will not cover the labor but only the parts. They shifted the blame to the manufacturer. The manufacturer is not the one that installed equipment they did. Besides, the manufacturer is willing to honor their warranty and replace the parts at no charge .Burgess heating and air is not willing to honor their warranty and cover the labor . They are a dishonest and greedy. Every air conditioning company out there, including Burgess Heating and air conditioning offers a one-year parts and labor warranty for a total new air conditioning equipment installation. What this means is they cover not just the parts for the first year but also the labor. So if something happens, any kind of repair, the first year they installed the new equipment, the householder does not have to worry about being charged or making any for the repair. Burgess heating and air, please do the right thing. You can't just take, sometimes you have to give. Please honor your warranty and repair my air conditioner. My email is mdh 122 @ netzero.com. Burgess did a great job from sales through clean up. They replaced my whole AC system. I had four companies bid on the job and Burgess was the one I trusted. They had good pricing with reputable name brand equipment.
