  Air-Plus Cincinnati is amazing! Our 35 year old furnace had a crack and therefore needed to be shut down on a Friday. Bruce was very responsive on the phone and through text about our situation, even replying to our many questions after 10:00 at night. He wasn't available to come out on Friday afternoon, but the owner, Rob came out and checked everything out and even offered to let us borrow heaters for the weekend. They came Monday morning to install our Carrier furnace and we had heat by that evening! Bill and Dave stayed late just so we didn't have to go another night without heat. Bill and Dave came back the next day for the final touches on the furnace and installed a new A/C unit too (it was also 35 years old!). Bruce and Rob gave us a very good and reasonable estimate on the furnace, AC system, iWave air purifier, and several other necessary products. I cannot say enough good things about this company and their workers! Bill and Dave were great! They arrived early in the mornings, very respectful with keeping things clean and the installation was went smoothly with all the updates of our very old units. Andrea registered all of our new products (all 5 of them) and also sent us an email and a hard copy of all of the serial numbers, model numbers, the coverage of the warranties, and their end dates! We received a hand written thank you card in the mail too! I seriously can't say enough good things about this company. Thank you to the entire Air-Plus team! I highly recommend Air-Plus Heating & Cooling Inc!

  Bruce and all his workers were great and I would recommend them to anyone. I recently replaced a furnace and AC with Air-Plus and found all of them to be knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They were on the job site within a few days and had the job finished in a very timely fashion. They were also willing to take the extra time to track down a wiring issue from the previous installer to make sure everything was working as it should.

  I have nothing but good to say about Air Plus Cincinnati. We used them to replace our 30 year old Carrier furnace and AC. It was still running but the parts were discontinued so we didn't want to get stuck in the dead of winter or blazing summer when it finally died. Some people just go with Trane products but I trust Carrier and really all the parts are basically made in the same factories. All my research showed that the installation makes the biggest difference in reliability (properly sizing the new unit to your ducting size, nitrogen brazing to avoid debris inside your system from the install, etc). Bruce, the sales rep, was excellent. He spec'd out our new system for a extremely good price. None of their competition would even answer my calls to get comparison quotes so I priced out all the parts from a distributor who only sells to HVAC companies (I might have posed as one...shhhhhh) and Air Plus's install price came in lower than I could have to just buy the parts. Granted, my prices were piece meal instead of bulk, but still Air Plus then even threw in a free humidifier for the furnace. I was sold. Bill and Dave were very friendly, on time, and did the install with every attention to detail (my lousy camera pic doesn't really do it justice). They had to reroute ducts and install the air intake/exhaust pipes through the brick since the old system didn't have it. They even added extra mounts that the original system didn't have. They left the place cleaner than they found it. You can't go wrong with Air Plus.
