  I have had nothing but issue with my air conditioner every year since my new system was installed by Bryon and his crew. I have contacted Bryon each year with an issue. I have had my York 3 ton unit for five years and every year I have had an issue. Bryon has avoided me and stopped returning my phone calls and text messages. He truly does not take care of his customers. My system does not cool my house like it should. I have multiple technicians here for estimates and have been told that all my duct work is under sized for my unit. That clearly tells me he does not know what he is doing. Not to mention some of the parts that were installed by his company were not even factory parts. Do not do bushiness with this guy he will rip you off like he did me. Run as fast you can. Don't do business with this company. I have called Curtis and waiting for a response.

  We have been a loyal customer to Bryon and his staff for years, they just get and keep our systems working year in and out. They always offer us different options to keep our houses functioning properly and for the most reasonable prices. They are always on time and very courteous. We have NEVER had to have them come back to re-do a repair. Thank you Air Jackson, your company makes a tough time alot more bearable.

  I have to say, I first used Air Jackson in my previous home when the heat went out in the middle of a cold winter. Bryon, the owner, responded, climbed up on the roof and determined the ancient heat unit needed a new part; one he had on hand and replaced, charging me NOTHING for labor. I have called additional times since then-even after I moved and Bryon and his employees have continued to be reliable, honest and amazing. His prices are competative and fair and I wouldn’t think to call anyone else for an issue related to HVAC. Highly recommended!!
