  Hired another company to perform a duct cleaning about a year ago and it was nothing but problems. Vents didn't seem fully clean and they caused issues with my unit. After reading reviews, I hired Air Duct Pros, Inc and could not be more satisfied. Both gentleman on-site were extremely professional and courteous. I generally let them go about their work, but they explained what they were doing at various points in the process and made sure I was comfortable. After the appointment the Office Manager was great and sent me the photos they took as they were performing the work to show the improvement. Would definitely recommend.

  We're really happy we went with this company to clean our air ducts. They were very professional, easy to schedule, had great communication and were on time. And beyond that, they have reasonable pricing that they spell out on their website and stick to- unlike competitors who try to jack up the price when they get onsite.

  The communication was great throughout the process. I got an appointment within my desired time frame. I received a text to remind me of my appointment the day before and to give me an update on an earlier estimated arrival time which worked out great. I received a phone call and text when the techs were on their way and they arrived on time. The process of cleaning the air ducts was explained thoroughly and went very smoothly and quickly. I was pleasantly surprised to be shown photos of the ducts before and after they were cleaned and also received the photos via email afterward. This made the experience very satisfying to actually see the difference. Without the photos you have to take their word that they've done a thorough job which in the past was fine for me because I trust this company but the photos give you extra peace of mind that you're getting what you paid for. The price for what you get is also a great value and they give a repeat customer discount. I have referred my friends and family and will definitely use Air Duct Pros in the future.
