  This company is awesome. We have two a/c units that we purchased thru Air Docs and they do our yearly maintenance. Never once have we had a bad experience. Everything is explained thoroughly and in terms I, as a layperson, can understand. Eddie was the technician that got assigned to my emergency today and even though it was after 5 he was pleasant, courteous and professional and found the problem and fixed it expediently. Not many companies, or the employees, have the work ethics you will find at Air Docs. Thank you all for your efforts.

  From the appointment to payment, this company made me happy with the service provided. All the employees spoke highly and proudly of thier work which told me that they are treated well and respected by each other. The work was performed on a Saturday which really helped out my needs. The technicians who came out called ahead of time, sent messages and pictures of the process being performed and called with a final overview of work completed. Veteran friendly company. Would recommend and use again. Thank you for the service!

  This is the third time I have used this company in the past 3 years. I had Eddie Jardines. He is very good about explaining things to me. I believe he is honest and trustworthy. He did not rush through his work to get to the next job but took his time doing quality work. I am very pleased and will probably be putting in a new system soon.
