We arrived at our Vero Beach home on a Sunday in August and found our air conditioning was not working. We called, and Star was able to send a repairman out by noon the next day. Dennis was our savior! Fortunately it wasn't anything major, and the repair cost was reasonable. Will definitely call them again, and we're strongly considering an annual maintenance contract. Top notch service!

Doug the technician who came out to make sure my new unit was working properly was awesome. He took the time to explain everything I wanted to know about my new system. It was absolutely the best experience I've had with a company in many years. Star quality air conditioning was exactly that!!! Top notch service from everyone, from Noah, the girls in the office to the installer Michael Cianfranco. Michael provided a complete evaluation with his blower door test and load calculations that’s allowed me to put the proper ac unit in my house ( smaller then the builders installed originally) there proper evaluation and quality air conditioner is allowing us to save well over $100 a month on our electric bill, it’s paying for itself immediately. Do your house and your wallet right by going with Michael and the team at Star quality Air conditioning!!!!

As a businessman, what people have to say about your business is important. That’s why I give Star 5 Star’s. The installers, James & Jason were at our home on time. Installation was neat and clean. Very professional on what they do. I highly recommend Star air conditioning for a number of reasons. One price of my train air conditioner was very reasonable , actually a lot less than others. I questioned why the price was much lower than other companies that we contacted. Actually we contacted four others besides Star. The answer they gave me was Very satisfactory. It reminded me of how I run my business by the Golden rule. The second reason, is because from my initial contact to paying our bill everybody including the ladies in the office down to James and Jason were professional. Very nice people I understand that it’s privately owned.

Doug arrived on time and went straight to work.  He checked out the entire system.  He was professional and he installed a bad capacitor to keep the system running cool.  Great service!  Highly recommend.  I ended up buying the annual service contract.  Great deal!

Number one. The office staff is wonderful. Other A/C companies act as if they are doing you a favor on the phone. If I owned a business, I would have my employees call and hear how Amanda and Alicia speak to people and copy them. Number two, they show up when they say. Number three, Doug, our technician was clean, courteous, competent and professional. He explained everything to tee including what the parts did that he was replacing. We would encourage everyone needing a/c work to call them. We have requested Doug to come out and work on our unit if we ever need it again. Use them, you will be happy and stress free.
