Same experience as previous posts. Appointment set, no one showed. Called twice and left two messages with answering service. No call back. Purchased new HVAC in July which included 2 year service warranty. Unable to use warranty since they don't return calls. Not the first time I've had trouble with this company but was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. Serious customer service issues. This used to be a good company.

Unfortunately, I am posting a review that has become the normal for this company (Look at the other reviews). For some reason they have completely fallen apart. They used to call me to schedule my maintenance. It dawned on me they didn't this time. I called and obtained an appointment for this past week. During that call they could not find the information about me or the system they installed. I guess my maintenance contract is gone too. Well, the appointment came and no one showed. No one called either. I called today and all I get is a recording about a broken phone system and a full voicemail. I am a betting person and I am betting they are on borrowed time. That time is falling fast. Something is definitely wrong as this was not what I experienced when they installed my new system. Rather than continue on this path, I will need to find another company. Sad to say that..... :( I wouldn't recommend this company. Also, you can see there are responses to the reviews and they all say the same thing.

Have a contract for 2 service call per year. Have been trying to schedule service call since November 2021. Have had several appointments that no one has shown up. Have missed multiple days at f work to be available for those appointments. Have spoken to several technicians that promised they would be over and take care of me. Nothing!!!! Months of no one showing up and most of the f the time not even a courtesy call. I question whether or not this company is still in business????
