  I can't say enough about this company or their employees. From the time it was installed almost 10 years ago (I'm pretty sure Sam was my installer and the tech who helped me out the last time I needed assistance) to Michele who made it very easy to schedule my service call last week and finally Billy Wheeler - the tech who has gone out of his way to provide me with the best customer service. Anytime I have an HVAC need that is within their service area, Air Comfort is getting the call and I hope they send Billy...

  My air went down last night. I called early this morning and explained that my wife had Chemo today and would already be sick and the heat would really compounded the situation. I got a answer and service by around noon. Billy came out to access the situation and was able to fix the problem. Another company had serviced the unit at the end of March but did a poor job as the drain was backed up. He had to get around five gallons of water out of the drain pan with the unit in the attic. It was so full it caused the cutoff switch to shutdown the unit. Billy took the time to explain everything and save the day. I will be changing my service to this company for sure. Exceptional value, friendly and an all around great experience.

  Called them at 3:35 after my wife informed the air was out. Adam called me back about 4:30 to let me know he was on his way! Great service and very happy. Thank you Aircomfort!
