We are currently in the process of purchasing our sixth unit for one of our properties. We have not had any problems with any of the units. The technician came because my ductless units had an error message that needed to be checked. Joseph was thorough, polite, and explained what needed to be done and when it would occur. This same technician had serviced our other air conditioning system in August, really thorough, clean working, professional. An asset to Acton Heating And Cooling.
