  The AC maintenance team is extremely knowledgeable and carried themselves in the utmost professional manner. Jonathan was very nice and provided the service expediently and answered all my questions. I highly recommend using ACR for any cooling and heating repair/maintenance needs.

  Paid regular diagnostic fee; however, after the diagnostic I was told that my motor went bad. I understand that machinery goes bad, but I just $1000 to replace the same motor in 2018. Now I’m told I have to purchase another. So, I asked I’m I suppose to pay for a new modem every 2-3 years. So, I called Trane was told nothing to do with replacement motors. Then I call ACR back who originally sold me the Trane and installed and serviced it since 2004. I was told the motor had a year warranty, which I don’t recall being told that, but nevertheless I paid $1000 and now I’m told I need a new Motor. ACR owner is working with me and I hope for the best, because this has been a really good company over the years.
